- Account & Contact Information: If you create an account, we may collect your email address and display name.
- App Usage Analytics: We collect anonymized usage data to improve app performance and features.
- Device & Connection Data: Bluetooth connectivity status and device identifiers when you connect supported devices.
- Session & Routine Data: Training sessions, routines, progress notes, and goals you enter into the app.

4. Data Sharing
We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in app analytics and infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. If you opt in to the leaderboard, your display name and progress may be visible to other users.

- Bluetooth: Required to connect and communicate with supported training devices.
- Notifications: Used to send discreet routine reminders and session alerts. You can disable these at any time.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, export, correct, or delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights within the app under Settings > Data Management, or by contacting us.
9. International Users
If you access PE Trainer from outside the country where our servers are located, your data may be transferred internationally. By using the app, you consent to this transfer.

PE Trainer is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.
